Hampshire Residence

The Hampshire Residence is situated along Persiaran Hampshire. A quiet area in KLCC yet still in close proximity to the Petronas Twin Towers, which one can walk to and enjoy its park with lush greenery or have a shopping splendor with your love ones. There are a number of restaurants located close by that cater for a wide range of delicacies from Italian foods to local flavors. Also within short driving distance there are a number of shopping malls including Ampang Park, Pavilion KL, Sungei Wang Plaza, Lot 10 and Starhill Gallery.

There are 5 different layouts available at Hampshire Residences. Larger size unit comes with marble flooring for living and dining area, while its bedrooms are covered by timber flooring. Fittings installed for all units include kitchen cabinets, cooker hob and hood for kitchen, and built-in wardrobe for all bedrooms. Each unit also comes with video intercom and air-conditioning. There are many facilities that can be enjoyed for residence such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna and a pool side BBQ area.
