Environmental Preservation and Innovation Centre (EPIC)

In July 2017, EPIC was awarded the GBI Platinum certification, at the time only the 17th recipient of Malaysia's highest distinction in green building. Hijjas, no stranger to sustainable architecture with their portfolio of recognised works, employed various strategies that coalesce towards reducing the building's energy consumption and impact on the environment.

 

Lower Ground Floor

Training rooms and Multi-purpose Hall, designed predominantly for training purposes. And a staff cafeteria.

Ground Floor & Level 1

Consists of Office spaces, Gallery, Reception, Lounge area, VIP room and other amenities such as Male/Female Prayer Room and office pantry.

Infrastructure & Utilities

  • TNB sub-station (TNB switching station)
  • Road & surface car park lots/loading bay
    Surface car park lots could accommodate 49 car parking bays in total inclusive of 2 handicapped car parking bays and 14 motorcycle parking bays. The supporting facilities such as sprinkler tank & pump room, fire control room could be accessed from the Ground Floor via designated access.
  • General refuse & recycled refuse chamber are located ground level.
